When I was in high school/ college days- every Sunday afternoon, I commute back to the city via St Jude transit- then I dine at Leoning’s Restaurant. That time this was a hot spot coz of their food, location and I knew them too since they supply our pastries in the town deliveries! At work, your office may be disallowing live streaming. You need to verify this with your system administrator. We have tested this on a lot of computers with varying operating systems and the items in the link above would normally solve the issues.
Then check for viruses on your computer as viruses may cause problems also.
