Are the local police involved with the crime syndicate? or they're just not doing enough because they dont get enough incentives (pay-bonuses), and turning in their badges for new classes as nurses for abroad to get more income? I believe that with Bohol's rising popularity with the tourism industry worldwide- Bohol unknowlingly became the new face of PHilippines and with crime on the rise at an escalated level.
